Carbonara Italiana | Italian Carbonara




Ingredients:
- Tagliatelle Pasta
- Parmesan
- Smoked bacon
- Pepper
- Egg
- Cream 30%
STEP 1:

Cut the smoked bacon for square and fry it.
Put the bacon on the paper.

STEP 2:

Grate parmesan.

STEP 3:

Mix: parmesan, cream, meat & egg.
STEP 4:
Boil the pasta for al dente

STEP 5:

Mix with strained Pasta, not called down.

STEP 6:

All cook few minutes.
